Wedding Dress Wednesday | Alan Hannah

I am in LOVE with the latest Watercolours collection by bridal design house Alan Hannah. All of their gowns are proudly made in London and their designer, Marguerite Hannah is one of the most respected and experienced couturiers working in England today, with over 25 years of experience.

With such talent and creativity it’s hard to pick a favourite from the collection but if you twisted my arm, I’d go for Peony. And that’s probably no surprise as I have made no secret of my love for patterned wedding dresses of late!

Patterned gowns are definitely becoming more popular as Brides get braver with their wedding dress choices and Peony provides that added drama to a simple A-Line silhouette without being “too in your face”.  Plain from the back, a beautiful hand painted peony motif cascades down the front.  It’s so beautiful and perfect for a bride who wants to stamp her own sense of style on her big day.   Stunning!
