Okay, so strictly speaking this isn’t a dress oh and there isn’t just one of them. That’s because this week we decided to dedicate Wedding ‘Dress’ Wednesday to the launch of the House of Ollichon second collection – fresh off the bridal rails this past week.
You may have heard about this relatively new designer, founded in 2015 by Hannah Ollichon, and if you haven’t then you need to check out our previous blog post where we interviewed Hannah and got to know more about her and the inspiration behind the brand.
The House of Ollichon prides itself on being the ‘only dress-less bridal collection’ and instead focuses on bridal jumpsuits and two-pieces, all of which are handmade in London. The new collection provides the perfect recipe for on-trend, luxe and chilled out style.
Here at Whisper and Blush we love anything that adds a twist to the traditional and we were happy to discover that the House of Ollichon second collection didn’t let us down, in fact we think they have gone from strength to strength, having added in new cuts, new lengths, and yet more style.
It’s tough to pick a favourite with there being so many style combinations but I don’t think you can beat the sheer lace back halter-neck top with the full bodied chic and sophisticated skirt – a perfect combo for any season (give or take an ice cold winter where your midriff may be a subtle shade of blue!)
The second collection also celebrates the designers first birthday – so Happy Birthday Ladies! May the next year bring you as much success!
